Welcome to GameCalc! I'm Thunder, the creator of this site. As a fellow gamer, I built this platform to provide helpful, accurate, and free tools for the games we love.

By accessing and using GameCalc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These terms help ensure the site remains a safe, reliable, and positive resource for everyone. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Our Service: What GameCalc Provides

GameCalc provides free, easy-to-use calculators, tools, and guides for various video games, starting with the Roblox platform. My goal is to help you strategize and enjoy your games more by taking the guesswork out of complex in-game mechanics.

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not require user accounts, and all calculations run directly in your browser for speed and privacy.

This is important: GameCalc is an independent, fan-made project. It was created by a gamer, for gamers.

This site is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or any other game developers or publishers.

All game names (like Roblox, Grow a Garden, etc.), trademarks, logos, and in-game assets are the intellectual property of their respective owners. I use them here under fair use for identification and commentary, with no claim of ownership.

4. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

I built this site to be a positive space for the gaming community. By using it, you agree to use it for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or impair the Service.
• Use automated tools (like bots or scrapers) to copy content or overload the site.
• Use the information provided here to engage in scams, real money trading (RMT), or other activities that violate the terms of service of the games themselves.
• Falsely represent yourself as being affiliated with GameCalc.

GameCalc is strictly for enhancing in-game experiences. It does not support and will not facilitate any form of real-world currency transactions for in-game items.

As a programmer and a gamer, I work tirelessly to make the calculators as accurate as possible. I do this through extensive in-game testing and community research. However, please understand the following:

GameCalc's Content: The design, code, text, and graphics that make up this website are my original work and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute this work without my express permission.

Game Content: As stated before, all rights to the games themselves, including their names, images, and other intellectual property, belong to their respective owners.

7. Your Privacy

Your privacy is a top priority. The site is designed to collect as little data as possible. For full details, please read the Privacy Policy. In short: I don't track you, I don't use invasive analytics, and I don't sell any data because I don't collect it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameCalc and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

As the site grows and evolves, I may need to update these Terms. When I do, I will post the changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of GameCalc after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
